“This archer joined the team last year. From the beginning, he has been an outside member of the team. He's our best shooter, despite never having shot before. He is always at practice, with a smile and ready to practice. He helps others and pushes his coaches to have more practices. He's always respectful and he's a team member that all of us can count on.”
