He stands up for his beliefs, even in the face of contradicting cultural norms. He often offers encouraging words to teammates who might be feeling frustrated about their shooting on that particular day. Daniel has a healthy perspective--always striving to do his best in archery yet realizing that scores are not the most important thing.”
