2014 Fall Mail-in Tournament Results

With another school year underway, it’s time to release the 2014 Fall Mail-in RESULTS.

While this year only 13 schools participated in the Fall Mail-in, a total of 243 archers competed, showing a growth within existing team programs.

In the middle school division, 5 schools from California went up against Rocky Heights Middle School representing Colorado. A total of 137 middle school boys and girls participated, with Rocky Heights Archers dominating the charts.

The high school division was comprised of 7 schools across the country spanning California, Colorado, Texas, and New York. Of the 106 students who competed at the 18m distance, John Muir and Glendale HS had a fierce competition with John Muir archers, Sterling Brownell & Angelica Marasigan, claiming the coveted 1st place spot, and Glendale HS placing 1st overall for top High School.

New participating schools are encouraged to participate in OAS events such as the Mail-in tournaments while their team grows and interest spread, and represent their school at the larger events to taste the excitement of the OAS Archery League.

With the 2014 Fall Mail-in complete, the 2015 Spring Mail-in Tournament will begin accepting scores February 1st, 2015!
