Introducing a New Event: The OAS Open!
This season, the Olympic Archery in Schools Program held a new event called The OAS Open. This event was created as an alternative to this year’s National event to offer archers one last opportunity to experience competition before the end of the season.
The OAS Open consists of a 60-arrow ranking round to which all OAS archers are invited. The top 10 archers in each division are awarded medals.
Along with this new event, the OAS National Office introduces the Most Improved Award which is an opportunity to celebrate archers who persevere in competition throughout the season. The awards are given to two archers in each division who did not podium at either event based on a comparison of the archers’ State scores versus their Open scores.
Olympic Archery in Schools is proud to announce the Most Improved Award winners from The 2021 OAS Open!
