“Anthony is one of our team captains this year. He shows leadership to his teammates by starting set up every day at practice. He keeps the team motivated and on task. He is very reliable and as a coach, I can trust him to be responsible. At practice, he always follows the safety rules and range commands. He reminds any teammates who need help. He is also very helpful to both myself and his teammates by helping them work on form and watching them shoot. He is very knowledgeable about archery and the form. He is able to be a coach to his teammates as well as help himself! Anthony is also very understanding, is a positive influence to his teammates, and can help anyone who is down or having a bad day. He is an outstanding role model and leader on our team!”
