“Calvin really stepped up this year. He lead the way as a team captain. In addition to leading by example he was always willing to lend a hand and coach any archer who he saw needed support. He was proactive in getting the team to get the field set up and taken down. Calvin took an active role in ensuring every student saw themselves as part of the team. He never hesitated to spend extra time with archers who needed it no matter what it was, even when it cut into his own practice time. Calvin was a leader both in his ability and in his strength and determination as a team leader. We are very proud of him.”
