We started the OAS Mail-in Tournament back in 2010 as an easy way to introduce students to archery competition and to connect our schools from all across the nation.  The tournament has steadily grown and with the increased interest, we held our first spring mail-in tournament to give more schools the opportunity to participate as some only hold their archery programs in the spring semester.

2013 Spring Mail-in Tournament RESULTS

See past RESULTS

On the high school side, we saw top finishes from John Muir School as well as newcomer, Bennett 29J from the Denver, Colorado Conference.  Stefan George would repeat his first place finish with a 335/360.  Following in second was Devon Vansyoc from Bennett with a 298.  Similarly on the girls side, Tanya Reyes of John Muir would also take first with a 290 followed by Bennett’s Brianna Osborn with a 285.

For middle school boys, the top 5 places were all within a single point of each other!  Topping the group though was Tyler Levanduski (First Christian Academy) who beat his own first place score in the fall (338) with a 343 this semester.  For the girls, we saw another new face to the archery scene with Rezeile Mostrales from High Tech Middle in Chula Vista taking first place with a 326.

Thank you to everyone for participating.  See you in the Fall for our next Mail-in Tournament!
